I’ve been tinkering with installing AI Agent skills lately, and there’s one thing that’s been giving me a real headache. The skill descriptions on English platforms are just too hard to read. So I figured I’d try a few Chinese platforms instead. It took me about two weeks to try out pretty much every Chinese AI agent skills platform I could find, and in the end, I narrowed it down to five that I think are worth talking about.
1. SkillHub

This store has released over 150,000 agent skills, organized into 29 categories. It’s really convenient to find skills for tools like Claude Code and Codex. It also has a “Curated Bundles” feature, so I don’t have to pick them out one by one—it comes with a complete set right out of the box, which is especially convenient for beginners. Installation is simple, too—just one command—and when I tried out its CLI, the whole process went very smoothly.
2. CocoLoop

Every skill in this store undergoes a security check called CLS. The platform hosts over 170,000 agent skills, covering more than 50 platforms. I especially like how it separates users and agents into two distinct entry points. Sometimes I let the agent install skills on its own, but I’m worried it might install something malicious—so this design is quite thoughtful.
3. Skill Hub China

It’s a bit different from the previous two approaches—it’s more like a repository of real-world case studies. It explains quite clearly how to use each agent skill, and you can also see how others have actually put them to use. It includes programming-related skills as well as design and productivity-related ones. I specifically looked at one of its front-end design skills; it lists both the use cases and the output results, which is really helpful for beginners.
4. SkillCast

I really agree with this platform’s philosophy: it doesn’t just repost content. The editors dig out projects from GitHub, test them one by one, and only include the ones that actually work. Currently, there are 24 curated agent skills on the platform—not a huge number, but each one has been verified. It also offers Chinese tutorials and courses that detail installation steps and common pitfalls, making it ideal for anyone who wants to avoid running into problems.
5. Renren Skill

It emphasizes zero barriers to entry, with the slogan “Everyone can master AI.” The categories are extremely detailed, and there’s also a “Top 20 Must-Have AI Skills” list that highlights the most frequently used scenarios from across the entire ecosystem. All the skills listed there support high-speed access within China. I also noticed some pretty interesting ones, like a storage analyzer and a financial data query tool—it’s clear they’ve really thought through the usage habits of Chinese users.
After using these platforms for the past two weeks, I’ve found that each of the five has its own focus. If you want to find an agent skill quickly, go to SkillHub. If security is a priority, choose CocoLoop. If you want to see how they’re actually used, check out SkillHub China. If you want to avoid pitfalls, stick with SkillCast. For beginners just getting started with agents, Renren Skill is the easiest to use. Personally, I use all of them together, depending on what problem I need to solve at the moment.
